The SCBOR membership meeting is at Blinn College Student Center. Meal service will begin at 11:40 AM and the meeting will begin at noon. Our speaker, Dr. Bennett wiil speak on farm and ranch rights. Thank you to Texas Farm Credit for providing our meal!
