The SCBOR membership meeting is at Blinn College Student Center. Meal service will begin at 11:40 AM and the meeting will begin at noon. Our speaker, Dr. Yangling Mayer, is a research economist with the Texas Real Estate Research Center. Thank you to Texas Country Title for providing our meal!
