CE USDA Financing

Description

This course is designed to assist real estate agents to understand the basic benefits of the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) home loan program for their clients. Attendees will gain knowledge of property qualifications such as Minimum Property Requirements (MPR’s) for homes. Students will also learn home buyer requirements such as income limits, credit minimums and other specifics of obtaining a USDA home loan. This 1 hour CE will be instructed by Tammy Tapman at the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library in Brenham. Snacks will be provided.
