Description

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate licensee with the most commonly used forms in a residential real estate transaction. This class analyzes the liability aspects of the TREC forms, discussing the structure of the contract, the nature of written contracts, default, alternative dispute resolutions, loser pay provisions and earnest money disputes. The class teaches the real estate licensee the basic liability theories arising from the TREC one to four contract. Alisha Austin will instruct this 2 hour CE class from 10 AM to 12 PM by Zoom.
