Texas REALTORS® has received a grant that is sponsored by the Housing Initiatives Committee. This grant is through the Dollars and Sense Initiative. Members can earn CE at no cost. Instructor Sandra Adomatis is providing this 2 hour CE from 1 PM - 3 PM. Texas has over 590,000 homes with green features identified in the Green Building Registry. This number is not all inclusive either. Green features should signal a home that will perform better and cost less to maintain. Listing higher performing homes deserves an agent with the knowledge to identify, list, and market appropriately. This seminar will focus on resources that will empower agents to address this growing trend. Even the secondary mortgage market is focusing on energy efficiency in loan portfolios and selling guidelines. Come learn from the appraiser perspective how to better engage with the buyer, seller, and appraiser.
