Description

This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices. Brent Lancaster will instruct this 3 hour CE from 12:30-3:30 by Zoom. This class can be taken for COE cycle 8 credit and as well as new agents. The cost for this class is $31.00. If you would like to register or have any questions, please email info@scbor.com.
